Arizona HEAT – Too hot for Arduino?

I am looking to build a project on arduino where I transmit RF to a receiver on a metal Robot. The output of that reciever channels will land on the Arduino to be interpreted and trigger serial output to a pan and tilt device over rs232.

This will be in an outdoor, hot environment at times. Ambient temps will likely be 120° or more.

Is arduino a capable platform?
